Team has very important place in life either professional or personal. Working in a team is inevitable experience of life especially for those people who prefer to work without help. Teamwork is the ability to work together with other people. It is used in all facets of life. If any situation or case is analyzed by two, three or more people the outcome will only be encouraging because of the usage of teamwork. For instance, a team of sports will not be successful until and unless all the sportsmen in a team works together as a single unit. A business or organization will not survive until and unless all the members or partners of the business are working as single team.
Every team wants a leader. It is not compulsory to have the same leader every time. For example, a team of sports needs many different leaders to be successful. A good and perfect leader does not have to be aggressive and thunderous every time. The effectiveness of a team is influenced from many factors like informality, participation, clear purpose, Shared leadership, open communication, clear roles, listening, and consensus decisions and tasks assigned.
